We are an international initiative to support and empower marginalized genders in the aeronautic and astronautic fields.
We are open to all women, gender minorities, and allies, and we are a trans-inclusive organization that welcomes individuals who identify as gender non-conforming.

We are dedicated to increasing the participation of marginalized genders in the fields of aeronautics and astronautics.
We aim to create a safe place and advocate for minorities through mentorship and outreach internationally.
Through our multiple collegiate chapters across the US and our international chapters, we hope to build a supportive and fruitful community.
