Our subcommittee’s goals are to facilitate academic and industrial advancement for WoAA members through the collection and distribution of career resources.
Collecting and distributing information regarding potential opportunities for members such as GRE prep, career advancement opportunities, publishing opportunities, and network expansion
Seeking out financial resources for members including grants, scholarships, and fellowships
Soliciting and promoting membership among young women pursuing careers in aerospace/aeronautical fields, including K-12, undergraduate, and post-graduate studies
