The Diversity and Inclusion WoAA initiative seeks to promote an inclusive environment in all sections of WoAA and upholds a strict standard of ZERO tolerance towards racist and sexist behavior. We want to help inspire the next generation of astronauts, engineers, scientists, space lawyers, and pilots that represent individuals from all backgrounds and identities. We hope to lead by setting a standard for diversity and inclusion practices on college campuses and in the industry, with the hopes that other professional groups will follow suit.
